How do you minimise business downtime during a move?

We typically run moves out-of-hours or across a weekend, with a phased approach for larger sites so critical departments stay live. Workstations are pre-staged where possible so users return on Monday morning, log in and work. Most floors are fully recommissioned within 24 hours of arrival.

Do you handle the IT setup at the new site?

Yes. We test power and network ports before arrival, install racks and switches, position desks and screens to your floor plan, recommission every workstation, run a connectivity test on each port, and hand over with a signed verification report.

What about equipment we no longer need after the move?

Anything you decide not to move is processed through our ITAD service in the same engagement: secure data destruction, refurbishment grading, value recovery, and WEEE-certified recycling. You receive one consolidated audit pack covering both the move and the disposal.

Can you move equipment between UK regions, or coordinate UK / EU consolidations?

Yes. We operate across the United Kingdom with secure logistics partners and handle multi-site rationalisations such as closing satellite offices and consolidating into a regional hub. For multinational customers, we also coordinate UK / EU office consolidations and post-merger HQ relocations centrally from the UK, with EU-side delivery handled through vetted local partners and a single Nanosoft project manager owning the chain of custody end-to-end.

Are your moves GDPR compliant?

Yes. Every data-bearing device is RFID-logged, transported under chain-of-custody, and either recommissioned at the new site or destroyed to NIST 800-88 with a per-device certificate. The full audit pack is GDPR-defensible and ICO-ready.
