Scottish collections are planned as projects rather than ad-hoc pickups, consolidated into weekly runs in our own vehicles. This keeps chain of custody unbroken over the distance and makes multi-site Scottish estates markedly cheaper per site than separate regional couriers.

Crews are experienced with city-centre access in Glasgow and Edinburgh, including the financial districts, and with campus and hospital estates further north. Because runs are planned in advance, loading bays, lifts and security clearances are arranged before the vehicle sets off.

Loaded by our own crew, sealed with numbered tamper-evident seals at your site, and driven directly to Maldon in the same tracked vehicle. There are no overnight depots, no courier handoffs and no subcontractors anywhere on the route. Seal numbers are verified on arrival and recorded in your audit pack.

Yes. Councils, agencies and NHS boards routinely run disposals through frameworks or quick quotes, and our documentation, meaning per-device certificates, WEEE evidence and consolidated multi-site reporting, is built to satisfy public-sector audit requirements. We are happy to complete supplier questionnaires as part of quoting.

Given the distance, a dedicated project usually starts around 50 devices, though smaller pickups work when they join a run already heading to your city. For small quantities of drives or phones, tracked courier in our tamper-evident packaging is the faster and cheaper route.

Remotely, as standard. Your asset list, photos of the storage areas and a short call give us enough to issue a fixed quote within a working day or two. For large estates we build a fuller collection plan, site by site, before the run is scheduled, still without a chargeable visit.

The same audit pack as everywhere else: serialised inventory, per-device certificates of data destruction, waste transfer and WEEE documentation, and resale statements where value was recovered, delivered within 10 working days of processing. Multi-site runs are reported per site for local sign-off.
